                                              Repair Terms and Warranty
 

*Warranty Coverage: Our repairs come with a 45-day limited warranty, covering hardware or electrical malfunctions arising from manufacturing defects. This warranty applies exclusively to the parts installed by our team.
 

*Exclusions: The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from physical impact, liquid exposure, or misuse after the repair. Any unrelated issues will be treated as a separate service.
 

*Uncollected Devices: Devices not picked up within 30 days after notification of completion will no longer be under our responsibility. Following this period, devices may not be guaranteed for return unless management determines they remain in repairable condition. A 10% storage fee will apply for devices retrieved after this window.
 

*Pickup Policy: To ensure security and privacy, customers must present the original receipt provided at the time of drop-off when picking up their device. If the receipt is lost, valid identification or proof of ownership will be required to release the device.
